We built the house  with the intention on moving down to CR from the States .  My wife Jaime & I are both avid surfers and our youngest daughter Angelina is now too.  Our goal was to operate the house either as  surf camp  or as an income producing duplex or any combination.  Our oldest son, TJ, is now 14 (photos below)  is severely Autistic &  will be needing our full financial support.  He doesn't travel well on planes either.  We don't get to visit as a family anymore.   He will graduate high school in a few years and instead of placing him into "group-home" we will  use the proceeds to help with his care.  #AutismSucks
